  2. Ask to be connected to your Senators' offices.

  3. Deliver this message:

"Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I’m a constituent from [Your City]. I urge Senator [Name] to vote NO on the budget bill that cuts Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP. These programs are vital to our community, and cutting them would harm countless families. Please protect these essential services."
