Tell Democrats to defend civil society groups now!

The White House and its allies are escalating attacks on George Soros and Open Society Foundations — floating an executive order on “political violence,” RICO-style prosecutions, and other moves that could be used to harass lawful civic groups. Disinformation is fueling it, with conspiracy theories tying Soros and OSF to the tragedy that killed Charlie Kirk.

Meanwhile, Soros’s recent $10 million donation to support California’s redistricting measure — fully legal and transparent — is being distorted to justify retaliation.

Congressional Democrats must act now — open immediate oversight into any plans targeting OSF or other nonprofits for their viewpoints. Publicly reject ideologically driven investigations — advance protections that reaffirm First Amendment rights for charities, media, and advocacy organizations.
