Last year, Republicans passed the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” which included roughly $1 trillion in Medicaid cuts while giving huge tax breaks to the wealthy. NBC News reports those cuts are already putting hundreds of hospitals at risk and threatening care for millions of Americans.

Now they’re considering going even further — taking healthcare away from families to fund another war.
