Secret arrests. No badges. No names. It’s happening here.
Right now, ICE agents are carrying out arrests in our neighborhoods while wearing masks and plain clothes — without ever identifying themselves.
These are not isolated incidents. This is a growing, coordinated tactic that silences communities and hides abuse.
But there’s a bill in Congress that would stop this.
The VISIBLE Act, introduced by Senators Alex Padilla and Cory Booker, would require immigration agents to display clear identification and ban face coverings during arrests—unless absolutely necessary for safety.
We need to flood the Senate with public demand to pass this bill.
When federal agents operate in the shadows, civil liberties disappear. The public deserves transparency. Families deserve dignity. No one should be taken away by someone who won’t even show a badge.
This is our chance to hold ICE accountable. But we need action now.
Send your letter today—and share this with everyone you know.
Thanks,
Mary
