Tell Congress: Stop Trump’s Assembly-Line Deportation Courts

Trump is turning immigration courts into assembly lines for mass deportation — and Congress must stop him.

Across the country, immigrants are being forced into mass “mega-master” hearings where huge numbers of people are pushed before a single judge at once. Hearings can be rushed, confusing, and moved with little warning. For people fighting to stay with their families, that chaos can be life-changing.

If you miss a hearing because the government failed to give you proper notice, you couldn’t hear your name in a packed courtroom, you lacked transportation, or you were afraid of being arrested at court — you can be ordered deported without ever getting a real chance to speak.

If Trump can pack courtrooms, rush hearings, and deport people who never had a fair shot, then “due process” becomes nothing more than a slogan. Congress must expose this system before more families are torn apart.

No one should be deported because the system was designed to overwhelm them. No one should lose their home, their family, or their safety because a court process moved too fast for fairness.

Congress must subpoena records from the Department of Justice and the Executive Office for Immigration Review, expose how many people are being ordered deported in absentia, and demand safeguards that protect due process.

Public pressure can force lawmakers to uncover the scale of this abuse and make Trump’s deportation machine answer for what it is doing.

Thanks for all that you do,
