Tell the DOJ: Stop Retaliation Against Trump Survivor

Donald Trump lost to E. Jean Carroll in court. Yesterday, his Justice Department announced their plan to make her pay for it.

A jury found Trump liable for sexually abusing and defaming Carroll. Another jury ordered him to pay tens of millions more after he kept attacking her. Carroll stood up to one of the most powerful men in the world — and won.

Now Trump’s DOJ is reportedly targeting her with a criminal investigation over claims that were already reviewed in court. Trump tried to use those claims to dodge accountability, but failed. We have to stop him from succeeding this time around.

Tell the Department of Justice: Drop the criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll immediately and stop participating in Trump's revenge campaign.

This is part of a dangerous pattern. Trump has repeatedly weaponized the DOJ against his survivors, witnesses, prosecutors, critics, journalists, and political opponents. He is turning federal law enforcement into a personal revenge machine.

If Trump can use the Justice Department to target the woman who beat him in court, every survivor who speaks out against a powerful abuser is at risk.

The message is clear: hold Trump accountable, and his government may come after you.

The DOJ must not help Trump punish E. Jean Carroll for challenging him. It must drop this baseless investigation now.
