Tell the Supreme Court: Stop Trump’s Mail Voting Power Grab

On Monday, Trump’s Justice Department ran to the Supreme Court after lower courts blocked his attack on mail voting — asking the justices to let him force new restrictions into place before the midterms.

Trump’s emergency request is a direct threat to voting rights. Lower courts already blocked key parts of his executive order, but his administration is demanding fast action from the Supreme Court so it can force these changes into place before voters cast ballots in November.

The result could be chaos: election officials scrambling, voters confused, and eligible people blocked from receiving or casting mail ballots right before a national election.

Tell the Supreme Court: Deny Trump’s emergency request and protect mail voting before the midterms.
