Tell State election officials to keep data secure!

This week, news broke that the Trump Department of Justice is requesting voter data from states — voter rolls, ballot records, and even internal election communications — for no apparent reason. No transparency. Just a sweeping request that could lay the groundwork for voter suppression ahead of the 2026 elections.

This is not normal — and it’s not safe.

Officials in Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Nevada have raised the alarm. Some were asked for “all records related to voter rolls” with no explanation. The DOJ could weaponize this data to cast doubt, spread disinformation, and interfere with upcoming elections.

We can’t let that happen.
