Tell the Senate to reject Emil Bove’s nomination!

Despite massive public outcry, Senate Republicans just advanced Trump’s nominee Emil Bove one step closer to a lifetime seat on the federal bench.

Trump has nominated Emil Bove to a lifetime seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Bove isn’t just another partisan pick — his record is deeply troubling. As a top federal prosecutor, he encouraged subordinates to defy court orders, then tried to cover it up. He refuses to say whether a third Trump term would be unconstitutional.

More than 900 former federal prosecutors, legal scholars, and civil rights organizations have strongly opposed him.

And yet, he’s moving forward.

This is not someone we can trust with lifetime power over our rights.

But here’s the good news: we can stop this. If enough of us speak out right now, we can pressure key senators to block this nomination.

The vote could happen any day. We need a surge of public outrage to stop Bove’s confirmation before it’s too late.
